We Welcome All to Come Along to Our Upcoming Events

Sunday 28th

'Wander & Wonder'

A time for walking, talking and pausing to be mindful of the world we inhabit 

Come and enjoy a Wander together in nature,

pausing to Wonder at the beauty of it. 

We will go on a circular walk into the local woodland beginning and ending our time together under the ancient Yew Tree in the churchyard.

Enjoy a cuppa and some delicious home-made cakes in our barn at the end of the walk.

Come dressed for the weather with sturdy footwear. 

The whole afternoon should last around 90 minutes. 

No need to book, just come along and join us. All are welcome.

The Bereavement Journey

7 Sessions of films and discussion to support the bereaved

Grief is hard.

Death can impact all of life.

Are you grieving the death of a loved one or struggling

with the long-term effects of loss?

We are here to help.

The Bereavement Journey is a 7 week course that includes discussions around the impact and pain of bereavement, anger and guilt, delayed and surppressed grief, adjusting to change and moving on healthily.

The course is running at the Lyppard Hub on Friday mornings between 10am-12noon from 12th April - 24th May 2024

Open Garden at Warndon Court

Come and see the gardens and visit our 12th Century, Grade I listed Church

As part of the National Garden Scheme

Warndon Court will once again be opening for visiting.

Warndon Court is a two acre family garden surrounding a Grade II listed farmhouse (not open) featuring a circular route with formal rose gardens, terraces, two ponds, pergolas, topiary (inc a scruffy dragon), pretty summerhouse, a potager and woodland walk along the dry moat and through the secret garden. It has bee-friendly wildlife areas and is home to great-crested newts and slow worms.

Refreshments, including many home-made cakes will be served in the Church Barn

£6 per adult, children free.
